When the website breaks, the business feels it the same day

A checkout that fails on the busiest day of the week. A contact form that has quietly stopped delivering since March. A white screen after a plugin update. Technical faults rarely announce themselves — they just cost you customers until someone finds them.

The faults we see most often

Plugin conflicts after an update, themes that break in one browser but not another, email that stopped arriving because a server setting changed, checkouts that reject perfectly good cards, and the classic: a site that has slowed down so gradually nobody noticed until Google did.

Hacked sites are their own category. Strange redirects, spam pages in your search results, warnings in the browser. The damage to trust happens fast, and half-measures invite the intruder straight back in.

How we work on a fault

You describe the problem in your own words — “customers say they can’t pay” is enough. We reproduce the fault, find the actual cause and fix that, instead of stacking workarounds on top. Business-blocking problems are read first and handled the same day where possible.

Afterwards you get a plain-language report: what was broken, what we changed, and what is worth doing so it doesn’t come back. No jargon, no invoice surprises — one-off fixes start at 2,000 NOK and you approve the price before we start.

We take over sites other people built

Most of our support work is on sites we didn’t build. The previous developer is unavailable, the agency closed, or the relationship simply ran out. We review what is there, tell you honestly what is risky, and fix what is broken — without rebuilding for the sake of it.

If you want the site looked after continuously, monthly care plans from 3,900 NOK cover updates, backups, security and small changes, with a priority queue when something urgent happens.

Something broken right now?
